Newly renovated pool house in a quiet neighborhood located only a mile away from downtown Huntersville, and only 10-20 minute drive to Birkdale, Lake Norman, Cornelius, and Davidson! Shared back yard space with homeowner has a heated pool, gas fire pit, wood fire pit, outdoor grill, and gazebo with TV and fridge. If local - $20 per person for pool use after 2 additional guests. Currently updating backyard to make even better! (Not intrusive). Pics to come.
