Very nice place. They host is very helpful. The pool is very clean. The hot tub could use a little bit of update, but still was very enjoyable. If you’re staying in the Dallas area, I would definitely recommend staying here specially, if you have kids because they’re definitely going to enjoy the pool

Enjoyed our stay. A lovely big pool but a bit chilly with no heater. Properly is spacious and comfortable. We'll stocked kitchen. The main test is would we come here again and the answer is a resounding yes.

We were in Dallas for a wedding, so the place was great: spacious with small areas for smaller groups to chat. It's a quiet neighborhood with retirees all around, which was nice. Behind a fence you can hear a creek and there are lots of birds! A nice respite from the wedding insanity. Be sure to confirm that all advertised amenities are working before booking: we chose this property for its hot tub, but when I queried the week before we arrived I was told it was not working, a big disappointment. Cathy gave us a credit for the inconvenience, which was nice. But we spent a few days with pool guys in the yard, treating both pools which had not been prepared in advance. Granted: we booked in March. But Cathy was great and the home worked really well. Dallas is great!

Great host. Cathy had awesome communication, the place was just as described. I would stay here again if I was in Dallas.
