Host is very responsive through the app — just be sure to use the messaging feature in AirBnB as the host does not respond to phone calls. I had some trouble with the lock and could not reach the host by phone call, but Jose was responsive and helpful via the app. The space was very clean and as depicted. The futon was pretty uncomfortable as a sleeper, to be honest. We didn’t find extra blankets and only had two rolls of toilet paper, but when we messaged the host, they went out and bought brand new items for us. The washer and dryer worked very well. Parking was a little hard to figure out as some temporary construction makes things confusing, but once you get used to the signs, you can definitely do street parking within a 0-5 minute walk. I recommend parking on Franklin St, and move your car before 10am on weekdays. A very reasonable set of cleaning expectations was great.

Jose was very responsive and helpful even prior to check in. Check in was smooth, the place was beautiful and clean. It was the perfect place for a bachelorette party!

The house itself is lovely and clean. Location-wise it is perfect for exploring the nearby Latimer street area by foot with other areas only a short taxi away. Jose was very friendly, available and communicative and helped sort out any issues we had.

I had a great stay. Jose was a great host with excellent response times. The few tones I needed assistance he got back to me right away with support. His place is also in a great location, walking distance to a number of good bars, restaurants, coffee shops, etc. I’d stay here again for sure!
