i felt a brother giving his house to stay. took the keys from watchman went into the home like its our own and everything was intact with all the amenities mentioned in the room as well as house exactly as shown in the photo. looking forward to book another trip in upcoming month

Kaulina's place was exactly what is to be seen in the photos. It is well designed 1bhk with multiple balconies. It had all the listed appliances. The society complex has enough parking, pool and a gym complex too Patnem beach is at walkable distance from here. And many other beaches are in 5-10 mins drivable distance. The cleaning staff and the security gaurd were very helpful and friendly. Kaulina is a great host and will sure book again on my next visit. If you are family or planning was long stay in South Goa, I highly recommend this place as it is very peaceful and feels like home.

We stayed for 5 days at Kaulina's place and our stay was absolutely perfect. The apartment is exactly like the photos, it was clean and in a very good building with swimming pool. All of the staff was very friendly, it is also a very safe place to stay. Beach is just 5 mins walk so that's great too. Kaulina was exceptionally good and responsive at all times, we asked for early check in and late check out and Kaulina was super helpful in understanding our needs and helping us out according to our flight timings. We had an absolutely brilliant stay and we will come back and stay with Kaulina for sure. Highly recommend this apartment! Thank you Kaulina for your great hospitality! :)
