Welcome to Seascape Sanctuary, located in the heart of downtown Parksville, B.C. This 2 bedroom condo + den is very spacious at 1,300 sqft and features soaring 15 ft. ceilings. The large patio is nearly 500 sqft and is complete with a stunning ocean-view, BBQ and outdoor dining table for 6. Steps away from local shops, cafes, & Parksville Beach! Whether you're gazing at the horizon, enjoying a BBQ on the patio or exploring nearby beaches, every moment here is an invitation to unwind & enjoy! This brand new condo is spacious at 1300 sqft. The master bedroom has a very comfortable King bed. The second bedroom has a queen bed, and the third bedroom (den) has two twin beds. The living room features a sofa bed. The large patio has a dining table on it for 6 people and another 2 chairs with table that are great for relaxing in and taking in the ocean view. There is 1 covered parking spot for use during your stay.

An absolutely beautiful place right in downtown Parksville. Amazing views, extremely walkable, and a relaxing, comfortable apartment. This is an amazing place to stay to see Parksville.
We absolutely loved this place! It’s very clean. Has all the amenities. Tastefully decorated. The beds were very comfortable and we had more than enough space for four adults. The deck was great.and had wonderful ocean views. We could walk to everything and Stacey made some fabulous recommendations. I would definitely rent again. Thanks so much Stacey.

This brand new, top floor condo is located in the heart of downtown Parksville. There is 1 covered parking spot in the building and plenty of street parking available as well. There are many shops, cafes and restaurants within walking distance. The beach is a 5 minute walk away as well! Parksville is a very central location on the island so it is an ideal spot to visit if you’re wanting to explore!

I have a wonderful husband and two young kids and we love to travel and explore new places. We love living on Vancouver Island and discovering the beauty all around us. We decided to host our beautiful condo in Parksville, BC because it is a great central location on the island. It is in the heart of Parksville and it’s in walking distance to the beach, many shops & restaurants. We hope that anyone who stays there enjoys it as much as we do.
