Enjoy the large balcony with corner views to the yard and street. Chill on the hammock or have dinner al fresco. A truly iconic apartment in the center of Berlin. Guest has their own room with a balcony and bathroom. The living room, dining room and kitchen are open concept. There is a large main balcony overlooking the street and adjoining garden.

Ho prolungato il mio soggiorno a casa di Daniel perché mi sono trovata molto bene. La casa è grande, luminosa, pulita mi sono sentita come a casa mia. Con Daniel e Lara c’è stata fin da subito empatia e cordialità, mi hanno dato i consigli giusti rendendo la mia prima visita a Berlino ancora più bella. I mezzi di trasporto pubblico sono a pochi minuti di distanza ed è stato facile spostarmi per girare la città. Ritornerò volentieri.
The apartment is really beautiful, large, clean and comfortable. With Daniel and Lara I immediately felt at ease, excellent communication, no problems, friendly atmosphere, all this made my first stay in Berlin unforgettable. The location is in a quiet area and thanks to nearby public transport I visited many neighborhoods from North to South of Berlin.
It was perfect, will come back without any doubt
This has been one of my best airbnb experiences. Not only was the flat amazing, but Daniel is a great host that is open to spend time with you, point you in the right direction, or even let you have time. Will be staying here next time I come to Berlin.
