Located near the vibrant and central Rue Montorgueil, this apartment is an ideal base to explore the lively center of Paris. Nestled in a renovated 17th-century building, its interior design with stone walls gives it a unique character. You will be in the heart of the city, in an authentically Parisian neighborhood that offers easy access to all the wonders of Paris. The Montorgueil district is truly a village in the heart of Paris. The apartment is a duplex located on the second floor of a building dating back to the 1700s. It consists of a spacious cathedral-style living room with an open kitchen and dining area. It also includes a WC and two bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom. One bedroom is located on the upper level, and the other on the first level, equipped with a mezzanine bed. To ensure your safety, the apartment is cleaned and disinfected by a specialized company. As for amenities, you will have access to: Coffee machine Ironing board Iron Hairdryer Combined washer and dryer Central heating Dishwasher High-speed WIFI throughout the accommodation. Bed linen is provided according to the number of guests. It is possible to request an intermediate cleaning at an additional cost of €95.

Wonderful place Would stay again
Great place to stay with plenty of things to do close by.
We loved our stay here! The location was perfect with lots of locals, great restaurants and access to everything you could possibly need right outside your door. The ceilings in the bedrooms might be a bit short for someone on the taller side, but it was very comfortable for the 3 of us. The apartment had everything we needed and was beautifully decorated. We looked forward to coming back to our place after long days of exploring!
As an architect one appreciates when an architect has been involved in the design of where one is staying. This is clearly a thoughtful and creative, if modest, work of interior architecture that is thrifty and efficient at squeezing maximum impact out of the inside of an older building. Someone really "sweated the details" to get this place right - the perfect place for a vacation stay in the City of Lights with everything you would want in a centrally located Parisian apartment including a generous double height space and tasteful furnishings that demonstrate care taken to create a cohesive design. Perhaps the nicest rental apartment we have every stayed in !
Very cozy, very quiet even in a busy neighborhood. Both bedrooms were rather cramped, but the living room more than makes up for it—great couch and beautiful high ceilings.

With its charming small pedestrian and cobbled streets, the Montorgueil district exudes an unmatched charm. The main artery, Rue Montorgueil, gathers a variety of fresh produce stores, specialty food shops, bars, restaurants, and trendy clothing boutiques. Early in the morning, delivery trucks and the bustling atmosphere evoke the Paris of yesteryears. In the parallel streets to Rue Montorgueil, new restaurants, cocktail bars, and trendy stores have opened, especially on Saint-Sauveur Street, Bachaumont Street, Greneta Street, Mandar Street, and the Passage du Grand Cerf.
The apartment is located 1 minute walk from the Sentier & Réaumur Sebastopol stations (M° 3 and 4), 5 minutes from Strasbourg Saint Denis (M°9 and 8), and 10 minutes from Châtelet les Halles (M°9 - M°1 - M°11 - M°14 - RER A, B, and D).
The RER B provides direct access to airports (Roissy, Orly, and Stade de France).
Metro line 4 takes you to the tourist center of Paris (Notre Dame, Saint Michel, Saint Germain des Prés).
Metro line 1 takes you to the Eiffel Tower, Champs Elysées, and Arc de Triomphe.
