The property was clean, comfortable and the host was very helpful. However, there was some electricity issue within the building due to which few air conditioners stopped working. The host was cooperative and moved few of our friends to another flat. I recommend the host to keep a handy first aid kit at the property with basic medicines and few other things such as band aids and antiseptic lotion. Overall it was a great stay.
The stay was comfortable and easy. Clean and hygienic bedroom and washroom. You can go ahead and book this property without hesitation. Location is good. Mr Aditya was a call away for help. Suggestion: Tissue paper and toilet kit could level up the amenities. Tea/coffee small sachets could be added for the guests Instructions/Notes on piece of paper at the table would help to find thing & could save some time. If you’re first time visiting Varanasi this property would probably be a nice hassle free experience for your family.
Very responsive host. Spacious unit but lots of construction going on in building.
The stay was largely comfortable except for the the MCB overload issue with the bathroom heater. Thankfully, it was resolved by the owner in a timely manner upon reporting. Also, the apartment is located in an under-construction property. The ground floor is unpaved and there is loose dust on the floor where the apartment is located which mars the customer experience. Lastly, the bathrooms were lacking the advertised toiletries and towels. We had to request the owner to provide them.
The host was very responsive. We had booked the whole place. It was exactly as communicated. Rooms are well maintained. Three bedrooms, out of which one is a master bedroom. Fairly well-stocked kitchen and all linen. The host is very supportive and helpful. Highly recommended.
