Cozy stylish 2 bedroom 2 bath large lobby and laundry room, 3 balconies with stunning views from the 3rd floor. It is a 4-story building with private secure entrance, very few neighbors, elegant red-granite staiway .The illuminated night views on all sides are spectacular. Quiet safe neighborhood. Step inside the spacious 125 sq ft condo with open floor plan two IKEA sleeper sofas that easily convert into comfortable double beds with closet space, modern white glass-top dining table and fully and stylishly stocked kitchen, with a large balcony. Workstation in the 2 nd bedroom, equipped with a comfortable large IKEA desk, with a small balcony and close-up view of the neighboring church. Master bedroom is with IKEA white queen bed and double wardrobe, darkening curtain, balcony, view to Asens fortress and mountain sanctuaries. Two bathrooms, one with an enclosed shower and the smaller one with a hand shower provide A laundry room, equipped with a brand new washing machine and additional storage space The entry lobby features a large mirror shoe cabinet, keeping your footwear organized. High-speed wifi (100 mb), tv optional upon request for longer term guests. Air conditioning is available in both the living room and the master bedroom.

The apartment was exactly as depicted in the photos: pristine and spacious. Walking from the bedroom to the kitchen took 30 steps, which I found quite delightful. Asenovgrad proved to be a charming city, brimming with soul. Having a small child, we appreciated the abundance of nearby playgrounds. Our only issue arose with parking. The apartment is located in a residential area where street parking is the norm. Despite it being free, finding a spot proved difficult as locals are quite particular about their parking spaces, often leaving notes advising against parking in certain spots. For those facing similar parking challenges, we discovered a reliable parking option at the turn from "бул. Януари" street to "Георги Данчов". We never encountered any problems parking there, and I only wish we had found it sooner. Hopefully, this tip will prove useful for future visitors.
Wonderful experience in Asenovgrad -- the apartment & location are amazing! Modern space with modern comforts in the heart of old-town. The apartment is contemporary, all the comforts of home and more. Three balconies, all have spectacular views of the surrounding old-town & nature - at night views are even better as the city lights up major attractions. Great for long-term stay with laundry, plenty of living & storage space. I had not spent any time in Asenovgrad, and I am absolutely charmed. The city is enchanting - quiet, quaint, old-world magic, surrounded by churches & monasteries tucked along the the mountains. The neighborhood is beautiful and full of old-world homes, with market, cafe, restaurants. Old-world mystery & magic around every corner. Plovdiv is very close by, and so are other major destinations for hiking, skiing (Pamporovo!), and nature. There is so much to explore - definitely worth a long-term stay to experience the mystery and ancient secrets this place offers.

Quiet provincial atmosphere in the Old Town and very convenient, easy and affordable lifestyle. one of the oldest contnuosly inhabited cities in the world dating back to 9000 BC, this town has the highest number of churches - 33, over 200 chapels and 4 monasteries. Famous also for the two litany processions of holy icons around Easter. some originating in 17c. Near Asenovgrad in the heart of the Rhodopes is ine of the most sacred places in Bulgaria: Krustova Gora. Known as the Bulgarian Jerusalem for its religious tolerance where the orthodox churches have been coexisting peacefully for centuries with a big mosque and evangelical church. It is one of the well kept secrets in Bulgaria, still not invaded by the tourist crowd and preserving its authentic touch.
Very close to Plovdiv's rich cultural life, hustle and bustle, with 20 min away and regular hourly bus rides it is considered like another neighborhood of the second biggest city in Bulgaria.
In the immediate neighborhood there is a bakery and coffee shop offering traditional Bulgarian cheese pastries, and coffee, as well as a grocery and green grocery store 3min away, the latter open every day until 10 pm. There are 4 beautiful churches in the immediate neighborhood about 2 min away, one from the 17th century. The ethnographic musuem is on the next street. There is a beautiful restaurant Konsulato with a hotel across 2 min away. You can reach the admimistrative city centre by any of the three bridges across the river, its 10 min away. The biggest German grocery chain Billa and the Danish home goods chain Jysk are 5 min away by car and about 15 min walking distance, next to each other. Assenovgrad is a medium-size city with 57000 population, very well developed infrastructure including all kinds of services plus excellent medical, dental, pharmacy network, gym.
The location offers excellent opportunities for lovers of active life style. The Asen's fortress is 2 km away and can be part of your daily hiking/jogging routine. There are other hikes round the river and some diving spots for summer. There are about 4 waterfalls nearby, the biospheric reserve "Red Wall", Bachkovo Monastery, Narechen Spa.
