I was down for my daughter's graduation from UT and my revervation to another place was cancelled last minute. I did not have much time to research and found this airbnb. Jose was very fast and accepted my reservation. The place was spotless and very clean and had everything we needed. I was a little concerned because quiet hours are 11 - 6 and we got home really late one night and was worried we were making too much noise but no one ever complained.

Nice accomodations for a very reasonable price. Very comfortable and well equipped apartment. Felt brand new; squeaky clean, new furniture, well stocked with essentials and then some... Bonuses: food truck park and beautiful playground nearby, host was very helpful and responsive, quiet neighborhood.

You gotta book this place. One of my favorite airbnbs I’ve stayed at. The secret surprise for me was how close it was to McKinney Falls state park!

Jose’s place was great! It was immaculately clean and had everything we could have needed. Jose communicated extremely well and was so kind. I would definitely stay there again.

The casa azul was peaceful, quiet, and clean. I stayed with a friend and it was more than enough space for the two of us. Our host Jose was nice, responsive, and accommodating to our needs. I would highly recommend staying here and I will be returning next time I’m in Austin. I would recommend getting a car because restaurants and shopping aren’t walking distance. Beautiful neighborhood and peaceful walking trail.
