Located in popular west beach, close to the famous Hangout and the best restaurants, shops, and attractions that Gulf Shores has to offer! Welcome to West Beach, the most desired area in Gulf Shores! Due to the amazing location, this house is in a new construction neighborhood. Prices reflect construction discount, no other discounts will be applied. The beach cottage is tastefully decorated with a nod to coastal luxury yet has all of the comforts of home to fully unwind during your amazing vacation. This brand new home features 3 bedrooms with en-suites, hallway bunks, open concept living/dining room, community pool, deeded beach access and large pool-facing deck. SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS FOR 12 Upstairs: - King Bed with full bath - Queen bed with full bath - Twin over full bunk bed, twin over full bunk bed with full bath Downstairs - Twin over twin bunk beds in hallway KITCHEN - Stainless steel appliances - Ice maker to fill cooler - Small appliances: toaster, blender, microwave - Drip coffee maker and Keurig - Ample storage - Walk in pantry LIVING ROOM/DINING ROOM - Comfortable couch - Spinning accent chairs - Table seating for 6 - Bar seating for 5 - Smart TV (bring your own passwords) - Washer/Dryer BEACH SUPPLIES Deeded beach access 200 ft from the house. - Beach wagon - 6 Chairs - Beach toys - Umbrella FOR KIDS - Plastic utensils, cups and plates - Travel pack n play - Beach toys - Assorted games - Safety gate on deck POOL & PARKING - There is no lifeguard on duty, swim at your own risk - Restroom at the pool - Parking for 4 cars Must be 25 to book. Travel insurance must be purchased for stays March-October. Refunds will not be provided for inclement weather, beach closings, marine life present, etc. We provide a starter supply of 1 of the following: toilet paper roll per bathroom, paper towel roll, laundry pod, dishwasher detergent, trash bag per can.

Mary Ann was an amazing host and the condo was beautiful and fit the description very well! This condo is located very close to the beach access so it’s fairly easy to bring beach items to and from, especially when there is a wagon provided to use. Additionally Mary Ann was very helpful, giving a list of local restaurants and what is expected during checkout. 10/10, would recommend staying here!
We will definitely come back and use one of her properties, hopefully only one set of stairs 😊
The House was extremely nice and clean. Great location very close to the beach. We will go back as soon as we have an opportunity
Mary Ann was a great hostess! She was detailed in her description and instructions. House was very clean except animal hair in one bed. If you have people sleeping in bunks in the hall, know they will be first to wake as it’s right by the kitchen.
We are locals but wanted to do a little staycation! The home was absolutely beautiful & clean. The pool was nice & the walk to the beach was very quick & easy! Having the extra beach supplies that were at the home was awesome! The hosts were extremely quick at responding & checked on us each day. Highly recommend & we plan to stay again!
