Eliza’s place was a lovely mini vacation for my little family. Very close to local shops and cafes and a short drive to the main centre of Manly. My family were appreciative of the ducted air con which was helpful on the colder nights. Overall really enjoyable stay. Thanks again

Eliza is a thoughtful host who advised us on great places for coffee, food & drinks. She left us a nice drink, lovely flowers and the decor of the house is peaceful & relaxing. The alfresco deck area is great for a meal or a sit down on Adirondack chairs with a book and a cuppa. The house and yard have been undergoing transformations and Eliza's vision in this process is obvious, tasteful, coastal and comfortable. I have no doubt that the remaining tasks will benefit from her skilful touch & attention. The sunroom has a bistro table sitting area to warm up with a tea after a cool morning swim at the beach. The house remained cool even on the hot days and no need to use the central air con. The bed is plush & cozy. The beach is 10min of an easy walk away. We had a lazy, let life pass, cruise at our own pace, relaxing weekend of swims at the beach pool, reading in the park, relaxing in and around the house and then a stroll for nibbles and bubbles. This is a comfy home with a great host.

Great location near Freshwater village and the beach. Cute garden. Eliza was very responsive to my questions.

Staying at Carlton Cottage was like a home away from home, close to everything, relaxed, very pet friendly, was both a relief and a joy, when all you need when away is a great space for you and your best animal pal to enjoy while in Sydney going what you need to do. Thankyou Eliza from us all
