Tout s’est très bien passé durant mon séjour. Le logement était impeccable. Piscine propre et très agréable. Tout était parfait durant mon séjour. À mon arrivée, il manquait quelques équipements. Les autres ont très vite répondu à ma demande. Ils m’ont ramené le soir même les équipements manquant. Habituellement je m’installe dans le centre de Saïgon. Cette fois-ci, j’ai voulu entrer un petit peu et j’ai été agréablement surpris. la qualité de la résidence et de tous ces équipements sont très bien. il faut 30 minutes à peine pour rejoindre le centre-ville en scooter. Il y a tout le nécessaire dans la résidence (Market, restaurant café). Merci encore. Je reviendrai lors de mon prochain séjour à Saïgon.
Great location, cute place. Had a projector which was pretty cool. I slept well here! Great area, felt nice and calm. The evening walks were so peaceful.
I loved my stay at Yen's place. The room Is perfect with amazing view of river and the Ho Chi Minh City! The area is a private area and 6/7km far from the center but it's very easy to move to the city center by grab /bike. The place is perfect for me as they had gym, amazing pool and big field, lakes and open space to run. Amazing area for taking someday off and relax. The price is also very reasonable compared to the room. Kitchen and utensils were enough. There's also washing machine etc. there are many many cafes and restaurants and food shop around. The area itself can be very fun. I will definitely comeback to Yen place again when I visit Ho Chi Minh City again.
Yen's place has been great light for my retreat in Ho Chi Minh City. It's in the Mizuki park area which has full facility including pool, big parks, lake, place to run and a lot of food shop around. The place was very clean and view was the top thing I can mention. It's on the 17th floor and had river and lake few. The place is highly recommendable. Thanks Yen and team for your great cooperation. I will comeback again whenever I come to Ho Chi Minh Fity

Our house has a cool atmosphere with lots of greenery. In the morning there is warm sunshine and in the evening, you can enjoy free tea and coffee. The airy space can let you admire the shimmering lights.
We were staying in a quiet luxury apartment complex but very close to loads of shops and services. There are great bakeries, a couple of 24-hour grocery and grocery stores, and pharmacies. You can walk 50m to the gym and outdoor BBQ pool. The grassy field is walking distance and this is the real Ho Chi Minh City in all its color and vibrancy, within walking distance.
Transport is very convenient. Vietnam's uber (grab) can be on the back of a motorbike or by car, which is usually no more than a 5 minute wait. You also can use taxi or the bus , which has its own app. To get to or from the airport by taxi costs around and to get to the main restaurant areas of district 1 and 3 cost cheap
