Precioso estudio recién reformado en el corazón de la Parte Vieja. Situado bajo los arcos de la animada Plaza de la Constitución, epicentro de numerosos eventos y donde disfrutar de sus terrazas, en un precioso edificio histórico. Podréis callejear por "lo Viejo", recorrer el bello Paseo Nuevo, conocer nuestro bonito puerto, perderos entre las numerosas barras de pintxos y acceder en escasos 5 minutos a pie de las dos principales playas (La Concha y La Zurriola).

Incredibly helpful from sharing recommendations for parking, detailed instructions for digital checkin and even going above and beyond to help with lost luggage. She proactively wrote me in the morning to make sure everything was right. Little details like the super-strength earplugs, fabulous bath products, and cosy towels did not go unnoticed. WOW--what a beautiful apartment! Spotlessly clean, well furnished, super comfy bed. It's hard to say what I'm most impressed with--but from a design perspective it's perfection! Location: a 10 out of 10! Right on the plaza, lots of restaurants right at your door. WiFi: fast and easy to connect. Sara is delightful! She was really helpful with some public transportations ideas from Bordeaux, she responds quickly to any questions. Just book this studio--it really is perfect!
This is a lovely studio apartment- stylish, meticulously clean, with many friendly touches. Our hosts were kind & flexible about an early check-in & shared some fantastic restaurant recommendations. A great home base in beautiful Donostia 💙

Magnifica ubicación en la Plaza de la Constitución, centro de la animada Parte Vieja (centro histórico) o lo Viejo como lo llamamos los donostiarras. Os permitirá disfrutar de muchas de las actividades que propone la ciudad (sus famosos restaurantes y bares, variopintas tiendas, preciosas iglesias e
interesantes museos...). El barrio linda con la Playa de la Concha, el puerto, el Monte Urgull, el rio Urumea y el precioso centro de la ciudad.
¿Sois deportistas? Ideal para salir a correr al amanecer por las 3 playas.
A escasos 3 minutos de las principales líneas de autobús que os llevarán a cualquier punto de la ciudad. La estación de trenes y autobuses está a 10 minutos a pie.
El apartamento está en una zona peatonal, no se puede acceder hasta la puerta en coche. Sin embargo , hay un parking de pago a menos de 3 minutos de la puerta.
