This is a 40sqm executive studio apartment at the 22nd floor of Noble Place, a high-rise luxury condominium in Binondo that offers magnificent views of the sunset at Manila Bay, Intramuros Golf Course, and Chinatown. Be it for business or leisure, our thoughtfully-designed studio apartment provides all the convenience you need for a relaxing stay in the city. Enjoy modern city living, amenities and convenience at the Noble Place. Guests will be treated to a roster of amenities that include a skygarden, infinity pool, gym with sauna and spa, game room, children’s playground, and a landscaped garden. The studio features an open plan layout with fully-equipped kitchen with premium appliances. It has a clean modern appeal, and lots of natural light with a north-facing aspect. The queen size bed is very comfortable and overlooks the city views to the north. Fresh linen and towels are provided along with shampoo, conditioner, soap and body wash. WIFI is also accessible throughout the house, which is all important when travelling. A new gem 1919 Grande Cafe is just around the corner. A great place to hang with the locals. You are spoilt for choice when it comes to restaurants, bars and cafes in Binondo and the surrounding areas. All questions are welcome. We had a great stay at Marry Ann's place. The photos are accurate and the place was very clean. The decor and the furniture are very tasteful. The kitchen is fully functional and well stocked. We felt quite comfortable here. The location is good as it is walkable to many things in Chinatown and Intramuros. May Ann is friendly and very responsive to questions. It should be noted that there can be quite a bit of street noise entering the apartment. Of course, this is not the fault of the host. However, it should be mentioned for those who may be light sleepers. Earplugs solve the problem, as they do in many city apartments we stay in. I can recommend this apartment for anyone who would like to stay in Binondo.
Found our go to place in Binondo, the place was spacious, and the host is very responsive. We booked 3 days 2 nights and enjoyed all days and used their pool too! had a very relaxing stay. Will book again
everything was clean and looks new. lots of amenities and little things available in the room. swimming pool for guests was 200 pesos, 300 pesos for badminton. 7-11 near by. the door gets stuck a little so didn't know it was unlocked at first. liked it so much I decided to stay again when I came back to manila.
Our goal when we were looking for AirBnB is to find somewhere near Lucky China Town, near Binondo for a late celebrate of CNY. And this is really a gem! We're freelancers and we're able to work comfortably after our food trip. We didn't expect the room to be very spacious. Very complete with the appliances that you need, nice smell, huge bathroom, spacious dining area which we also used as our working area. Ms. Mary Ann is very proactive with our needs and responsive too. Highly recommended and will book again should we plan to go back to Binondo. 🤗

Boasting of its location at the heart of Manila – specifically at the corner of Juan Luna and Dasmariñas streets, Noble Place prides itself of the multitude of landmarks, it also has easy access to all commercial and educational institutions of Manila
Vibrant shopping havens around Binondo, such as the famous Lucky Chinatown Mall, Divisoria, 168 Shopping Center, and Cityplace Square, among others.
The area is as you would expect in a city centre, busy, vibrant with many bars and restaurants, exactly what you want. But with that, please expect some street noise.
This is the very center of everything about Manila.
We are sure you will greatly enjoy your stay.
There are several ways to reach this famous district. Probably the cheapest means, if you don’t mind crowds, is by taking the city trains. If you are traveling via LRT line 1, drop off at Carriedo station and if you are on LRT line 2, you should get off at Recto station. From either station, Binondo is only a 10 to 15-minute walk. Another more costly option is to take a cab or rent a car with a driver.
We do not recommend that you drive a car going there. Not only because of the narrow streets and limited parking areas but the real chinatown experience is on foot. Better yet, once you are in the area, you will find that the way to get around is by horse-driven carriages called “Calesas” as opposed to jeepneys and taxis.
