Downtown studio near night market (403) The studio is located in an older building but the room has been completely renovated and refurbished in July 2019. Room is on the third floor (you will have to walk three floors up with stairs). It’s a simple room, with private bathroom, aircon, clean bed and bedding, a table and chair to work, wifi. The 3rd floor is really quiet, the room is at the back side away from the road.

位置不是很好找的，来到一个店里面，店主说不知道bnb平台的，后面线上联系才说因为提前到的原因，不知道为什么会要要求下午3点以后入住的
第一天很好，第二天楼下的住客太吵了 ，完全不隔音也没有遵守10点后静默的规则
We arrived early to drop our bags off then returned again to see if we could check in early due to a long journey to Vientiane - they managed to get our room ready at about 1 before check in which we really appreciated due to how tired we were!! The room was spacious and the bed was really comfortable. I can’t fault it at all for the price, the host was really lovely too :)

The property is very centrally located in downtown Vientiane. 1 minute walk to night market and mekong river. Several restaurants and travel agencies in the same street, Studio is accessible 24/24 with your own key. Terrace downstairs that can be used with small shop / restaurant and fruit juices. Studio is on 3rd floor (3 floors up from ground floor), accessible by staircase.
