The apartment is divided into a living room with open fully equipped kitchen, bedroom, bathroom and spacious balcony. The apartment accommodates up to four persons. The apartment is located on the third floor, but don't worry, there is an elevator available. There is one free parking spot. The apartment is not far from city centrum and old town (~6 min by car). Nearby there is a public Tartu Smart Bike available - you can take e-bike and enjoy the ride. The kitchen is fully equipped (stove, oven, microwave, kettle, cooking utensils and dishware, coffee-tea, oil and basic spices). There is a dining table and TV with international channels and Netflix. Bedroom has a 160 cm wide bed. In the living room there is a sofa (with mattress topper) that fits 2 persons.

Majutus väga puhas ja hubane samuti ka ümbruskond. Laura väga meeldiv ning kiire vastaja.
Väga kena ja puhas korter ilusas majas. Köögis kõik vajalik olemas, mugav suur voodi, avar rõdu. Suur pluss ka kindla parkimiskoha olemasolu. Korteriomanik väga meeldiv ja vastutulelik :)
Mõnus korter perepuhkuseks. Tundsime end väga oodatuna. Kõik eluks vajalik olemas. Parkimiskoht, mänguväljakud, pood ca 500m. Võiks lisada veel rõdule mööbli, kus saaks istuda ja ilusat ilma nautida...
Laura's apartment was a nice surprise for me and my family. Laura welcomed us very warmly, she is very kind and responsive host. Everything in the apartment is brand new, there are even more amenities, than described. There are dishwasher, induction hob, electric oven and microwave oven in the modern kitchen. It is easy to cook or heat food and clean after. Smart TV is connected to Internet, there is YouTube and other apps available. Apartment is located in quiet and peaceful area. A Selver supermarket is only 500m away and Lõunakeskus - probably, biggest shopping center in Tartu 1 km far away.

Apartment is located in a lovely and quiet neighborhood. The nearest grocery store (Selver) is an 8-minute walk away. The nearest (~130 m) public bicycle parking place is located on Savi street.
