-FAMILY HOME suited for young families and only minutes from Bali's most beautiful beaches, cafes, kid-friendly attractions, and just 15 mins from the airport. -FUNCTIONAL space with large western kitchen, AC units throughout, ceiling fans, and connecting door for quick access to kids/baby room. -INCLUDES an office/bedroom, designated toy-room, small outdoor playground, kids games/books, high chair, baby gates, pack and play. -ONLY 3 mins from a kids play park, GWK, and in a safe neighborhood. -The pack and play crib can be put in any room you desire. -The bunk bed can be shifted if you want utilize the adjoining door to the master bedroom -The maid comes in M-F from 8:00-14:00 (a checklist of items she does is printed in our house manual on the refrigerator) -The gardener comes in 2x per week usually on Wednesday and Sundays -Additional services are printed in the house manual

I'd give more than 5 stars if I could. We stayed for a month and it felt like home. Peaceful location and great layout for families with young children. Our toddler loved the toys, books and having baths outside. Will definitely stay again when we visit Bali.

Matthew place really comfort and places in strategic location. It has all the amenity that my bub needs, they have amazing selection books for kids, and not forget to mention the villa has a lot of aircon and fan ceiling in each room so u wont feel hot. Plus they have air purifier too! Thankyou for having us!

Mixed residential neighborhood with mid-upper class locals and expats. Many residents do daily walks around the area as the roads are nicely paved, wide, and safe. Central location with priority on quickly fixing any electric or water problems as many government officials reside here.
There are grocery shops, cafes, and essential shops within walking distance. Beyond that, taking a motorbike, car, or transport service is suggested.
