The yard is surrounded by mature trees providing ultimate privacy and is a secure, fenced-in playground, allowing your little ones to play safely within your sight. Access the lake through a charming gate, where you can easily transition from sipping your morning coffee to dipping your toes in the lake. The master bedroom is set up with a king bed and television. The second bedroom has a queen with desk and television. The third bedroom provides a twin bed with trundle housing a second twin bed. The televisions are set up with Eastlink TV package, Netflix and Amazon Prime available for the guests viewing.

Staying at Amelia and Kevin’s place was perfect for our group. We only wished the weather had been warmer so we could have enjoyed the great back yard and the dock. They even left out a box of LEGO for our grandkids to play with and a bottle of wine for our little family celebration. We would definitely stay here again.
Amelia and Kevin’s place was so pristine, relaxing, and the perfect place for our young family to stay. The kids loved the fenced in backyard and my husband and I enjoyed the beautiful view! The hosts even left books and toys out for the kids which was such a special touch. The house was so clean and comfortable and had everything we needed! Would absolutely stay here again!

Our home in conveniently located walking distance from Bell Park situated on Lake Ramsey which offers a walking path, children's play structure, a supervised beach and washroom access (seasonally), an ice skating path in the winter months and is host to many concerts and events at the Grace Hartman Amphitheater. There is also a second public beach located on Lake Nephawin which is located across the bay from our dock. Groceries stores as well as a variety of local restaurants are also within a few kilometres of our home.
