Me gusto alojarme en el piso de María, me hubiese gustado talvez saludarle y ponerle cara, pero siempre dio instrucciones claras y contestaba muy rápido. Estaba limpio y coincidía con la descripción. En cuanto ubicación me pareció una zona segura y silenciosa. Tuvimos un inconveniente con el parking ya que donde nos recomendó el día que nos íbamos un coche nos dejo sin salida, perdimos la planificación de ese día, pero sabemos no fue culpa suya. Lo menciono como algo a tomar en cuanta para el parking, tuvimos que dañar un poco el coche para sacarlo de ahí.

Best things about the place: quiet, clean, nice area that was safe. This is a bare bones rental. If you want, a place that’s clean, quiet, no drama, this is excellent. The shared kitchen space was pretty messy and not really usable for me, but it didn’t matter because I ate out. The kitchen is far away from this private room with private bath, so it doesn’t matter. If you are not cooking you won’t notice how messy it is over there. It might’ve just been one particular client that was temporarily staying there. But the entire time I was there, there were dishes in the sink— every day, all day, four days in a row. It’s kind of a fancy building. There are at least three restaurants right below this property. It’s easy to catch an Uber. I believe buses are not too far away. When you walk in, you will be shocked at the truly ugly giant blue chair that has holes in it. I hope the owner decides to remove this—it’s not needed in the apartment. The bed and shower are excellent.

I had a really good stay here. The place was just what I needed for a weeklong stay while I took care of some things in Lisbon: a large room with a dedicated office area, a comfy chair for reading, and space to roll out a yoga mat. I also really appreciated how quiet it was despite being part of a homestay style accommodation. The windows have good soundproofing and block out the sound from the nearby road, and do as good as job as possible with the airplanes (it is close to the airport). The immediate area is mostly offices and there are several businesses like a cafe and a paderia open during office hours. Most things are closed on the weekends. The nearest metro station is Jardim Zoológico, about a 12 minute walk along a busy road with dedicated pedestrian pavement, which has an attached shopping centre with a Lidl. From there, it's easy to get into all the attractions of central Lisbon. Thanks for a really comfortable visit!
