flat was lovely and location great, however by being provided with the incorrect car park access code meant that we also could not gain access to the flat entrance keys that were in a key box in the parking space. We only obtained the correct code from another occupier and being 9pm at night this took a while and delayed access by 30 minutes.

Great stay - lovely location and flat was clean - would have appreciated an easier check in process but all said and done a lovely place with great furnishings and location.

Very comfortable, clean, close to Kew Garden tube station, there is Kew Retail where you can buy kitchen items and cook at home. I did research at The National Archieve and indeed this house is in the best location. Most like the big kitchen, very comfortable mattress and pillows like in a 5-star hotel.

Overall this was a really nice location and we had a very good time staying in Kew. The only remark that I need to give is that the planes that are flying into Heathrow airport are at times flying right above the apartment building. So if you think that would bother you too much, it is not a good idea to stay here.

We loved our stay here and felt right at home. The property was really clean and everything felt really new. Including bedsheets and towels. We stayed with 2 children and there was plenty of space in the bedrooms and in the living area also
