Wowww!The flat was just perfect place to spend the Xmas holidays with my little family!We really loved it!The flat was clean,neat, cute colours and fresh! We even found some little treats when we arrived(Thank you for that)Is very closed by the grand Pier,town ..Great Orme,etc...It's a charming area!We enjoyed at maximum!So..5 stars out of 5!And well done to the cleaning lady!Hope see you again Landudno🥰

First time with a Finest Retreats property and, as per review, very satisfied. Property was clean, large enough and well located.

First impressions were good and everything looks ok on the surface, but certain issues let it down. It will depend on your personal standards and viewpoint, but either way it could be much better. You need to be au fait with Yale's electronic door locks to be able to get in. But once inside, the first thing you'll notice are the very low doors. Next up, the bathroom door lock doesn't lock. Then you head to the kitchen (via the high steps) which looks nice but there isn't much in it. Basic cutlery, no cafetiere, and the cupboards haven't been cleaned after their recent installation. We put some bread in the toaster and the fuse tripped. The issue... a dishwasher tablet was inside the toaster(?) But the biggest disappointment was the bed and bedding. The mattress is either very old or very basic, offering no support or comfort. At least if you could get a good night's sleep, the other issues wouldn't be a problem but the bed is a cost-saving too far.

Great stay in the best location. Very homely.
