I want to start off with the positives . I love the fact that they waive the cleaners fee due to an error being made by Air BnB the host wasn’t able to add the cleaners fee to it . I was trying to stay on budget for a quick getaway to explore a new town so that was awesome. They also responded so quickly when we were having a bit of trouble getting into the place which I love because it was so cold outside . The place is very neat and clean but it did have a few roaches but not as many so it may have come from a neighbor who was not so clean because the place is beyond organized. The heat was not working as well so I had to buy a small space heater to keep us warm and we use the other bedroom covers to stay warm as we slept , so that wasn’t so good during the visit but the host was apologetic about it and tried to help during the process as they got the work order in. Overall my stay was a bit of a roller coaster but my husband and I made the best of it. The bed and pill was so comfy

Very responsive host. The apartment was exactly as described - everything worked well and we enjoyed our stay.
Good place to stay especially if you have a need to visit a student at Chapel Hill and there are more than 2 adults staying because you have two bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. This is in an apartment complex with stairs to climb which was fine for us. There were a couple of minor issues but overall satisfied with our stay. Host was very responsive which was nice.

When you put the address in your phone's GPS, it may direct you to the leasing office. Here are some quick directions to help you find your way from the leasing office to the apartment:
1. GPS will take you to the leasing office building, you should see the pool and/or a colorful mural from BPW Club Road.
2. Do not pull into the leasing office. Keep driving to the stop sign at the end of BPW Club Road.
3. At the intersection of BPW Club Rd and Tar Hill Dr, turn left onto Tar Hill Dr.
4. Make a right turn at the first intersection and continue forward.
5. Building N will be the last one on your left. Continue forward until you reach the blue dumpsters.
6. Apartment N13 is across the last bridge and accessible by climbing up the 2 set of stairs. Feel free to park anywhere as no parking pass is required.
