Location was very convenient. Nice neighborhood. Close to Beale street and Liberty Stadium. Easy to hit major highways to drive out into the country and explore. House was spacious. Bathrooms were clean. Lots of amenities in the kitchen. Keurig with all of the coffee necessities was super nice. Tons of extra sheets, pillows, comforters, blankets and throws. Lots of towels and soap (kitchen, bathroom, laundry). Lots of seating options, pool table was a bonus. We had 5 motorcycles that fit into the carport nicely. Dawn til Dusk exterior lights were great. You'll enjoy this stay if you're ever in Memphis!

I will start this review off by saying that the home is absolutely beautiful! NO air DOWNSTAIRS! NO HOT WATER showers ONLY ! the home is also absolutely filthy I’m very disappointed in this home! The home was not clean at all floors needed to be swept, & mopped there was trash and dust mites on the floors spiderwebs in corners of the baseboards! Trash in the trashcans, dishes in the kitchen sink ! Hair&Flying insects in bathroom sinks and tub ! Hair on the bathroom floors, primary bathroom missing ceiling vent ! Upstairs hallway lights aren’t properly attached to the ceilings Debris and bird feathers in fireplace Kitchen pantry and Multiple closets are used for construction items storage ! Floor vents in kitchen living room area aren’t properly installed into floors! Downstairs shower doesn’t wrk water is coming out of the handle instead of the shower head ! House isn’t done being renovated some floors have paint from wrking large ladder on back porch! Backyard isn’t like the picture !
