Really a great stay. From the beginning and throughout the process, Oxana was always very responsive and answered my questions clearly and completely. The villa comes with a full compliment of very helpful and friendly staff including security. Standouts are Sandra, Richard, and Oneida. The villa is appropriately priced for the area given its size, pool, and stunning view. The photos are completely accurate/current. I have rented villas for my family in several other locations in the Caribbean and Mexico. This one measures up to the rest. If you are looking for a beautiful oceanfront villa in the Dominican Republic, this is a great choice.

We had a great stay. There was a slight issue with the hot water, but it was quickly addressed by the house staff.

1- they weren’t prepared for our arrival & said they didn’t have a reservation for us. Then they said they weren’t expecting us until the following day. Staff was cleaning, doing yard work, setting up a Christmas tree, cleaning the rooms & Oxana was not responsive when we were trying to check in. Given the rush restrooms were dirty and frankly, the luxury price tag is not reflected in the quality of the villa. 2- prepare to have staff in the villa at all times and an armed guard overnight. I felt like we didn’t have privacy & people we weren’t told about or introduced to were in the house at all times. It’s uncomfortable not being able to close your doors or have privacy. 3- we were extremely disappointed with Oxana’s recommendation of a private catamaran. Someone on the boat stole $300 USD out of my friend’s bag. Oxana didn’t respond when I reached out for help nor did she try to mitigate the situation in any way. Never work with Charley Water Sport again. We loved the chef, ines!
