Only negative- the host should give the guest(s) more than one key fob - it is sometimes hard for multiple guests to move around the property with one key fob because most doors or access points need the key fob

The photos posted of the apartment are right on the money. Large windows all around with impressive views of the beach and the ocean. Sitting out on the large veranda was really nice. I was a little concerned with the detailed instructions on finding and accessing apartment however it went very smoothly. Communication with Yuli was top notch until check out day which was uncharacteristically quiet. When we found there was no bottle opener or cork screw she brought one the next morning. We did have to pick up some toilet paper. The air conditioning units and fans worked flawlessly. Kitchen and utensils were adequate. I didn't use the safe. There are a few english speaking TV channels. There is an exhaust fan in the hall bathroom but not in the master bath- however the master bath has huge windows that open wide. We did use the very nice upper pool- easy access. It's a 5 minute walk to the very nice Italian restaurant Luna Rossa. Overall a nice weekend stay- would stay there again.

Yuli's apartment was clean, beautiful, and the view was amazing. We felt right at home and Yuli was great with communication and very helpful. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

This is a great apartment! Love everything about it and Yuli is a great host! Super recommended! Beautiful views of the Pacific Ocean, sunrise and sunsets.

un lugar agradable y tranquilo. el establecimiento espectacular. el apartamento muy bien mantenido y con todas más necesidades. lo recomiendo a ojo cerrado.
