Home is very peaceful, love the trees in the area! We really enjoyed our stay, there is just about anything you can think of to do in Spring & The Woodlands (which is about 20 minutes away). Host was responsive, prompt, and patient! I do have a disabled child and the host was very accommodating with special requests. Well appointed, exactly as pictured really seemed like everything was brand new. Also has a doggy door for small dogs. Open, airy, roomy home great for a large family - especially the large dining table & couch in the theater room. Rooms are spread out which is nice. Loved the rocking chairs on the porch! Fire-pit is a nice touch as my son had fun roasting marshmallows.

The unit is shown as is in the advertising photos. We enjoyed the clean and airy feel of the decor and made good use of the table football every day. The amenities and layout of the unit were not clearly defined in the ad so our family was a little surprised by some of the functionality of the unit (two story unit - accessibility concerns; plumbing/drainage issues) limited home living resources (i.e., night lights, cleaning tools, extra blankets, towels and hangers) on site that would be needed during our 6 day stay. The property manager and/or hosts promptly responded to our inquiries, provide the resources within 24 hours and acknowledged our noticings and concerns. To be honest, the hiccups we experienced added to the lore of our family’s first (but definitely not last) Thanksgiving in Texas but we left the stay feeling hopeful that the communication with the host allowed for actionable and impactful feedback which should result in improvements and comfort for future guests.
