a great place, a balance of peaceful surrounding but complete everything you need for everyday living in walkable distance! this is an old place yet well maintain by host, its worth every money you have! thank you Sir.

Ticked all the right boxes at a fair price. The location was great - very near to restaurants and a supermarket, with two big shopping malls and a train station just a walk across the park. Despite there being no direct sunlight in the room, it was pleasant and comfortable and exceeded my expectations. There was plenty of space to hang laundry to dry on the balcony, and I didn't see one cockcroach in a month, which is very rare in the city at this budget! As the place us kept clean, expect a knock on the bedroom door at 8am on a Friday when the cleaners visit - but you can say no if you want to sleep.

The owner is very friendly and accommodating. The place is also highly recommended for shopping for daily necessities and access to restaurants. I would like to stay here again if I come to Kuala Lumpur.

The place is close to a lot of big shopping mall and there are some chinese and muslim restaurants near by, you can find food easily around the area. There is also a big park nearby, you can jog in the morning or evening with a lot people there.
