Clean and comfortable home in a convenient location.
Some friends and I rented Caitlyn's places to attend a wedding in the area! Caitlyn sent very clear instructions for checkin and checkout. We didn't need to contact her with any questions or issues. The house was very clean and the neighborhood felt safe. There were quite a few restaurants within 10-15 minutes and it's about 20 minutes to the Austin airport. The kitchen had all of the basic supplies and utensils. The checkout clean up requirements were minimal - leave the dishwasher running with any dirty dishes and strip the beds. This was way less than I've seen on other Airbnbs! We had two cars in our group, which fit perfectly in the half of the driveway for our side of the duplex. I was a little worried with a duplex that there would be a lot of noise from our neighbors, but I never a single sound! Overall it was a great Airbnb and we no complaints or issues!
Caitlyn was a wonderful host! She was responsive and very accommodating. Her house is located in a great location in the south of Austin. I’d absolutely stay here again.
