We had a lovely stay. The accommodation was clean and the living areas were large. As this was a new rental, a few items were missing, but the host was very responsive in bringing us the missing things. The beds are quite firm and made of memory foam. One small drawback: there were often barking dogs starting at night, but I couldn't say whether this is only in this area or if it's the case all over the island. It's an easy walk to Palm Beach to enjoy the beach and restaurants. The beach chairs were much appreciated.

Positives: Clean home and very close to the beach (8mins) and main tourist restaurants etc. AC works great. Walking distance to a grocery store that had most things we needed. Also, if "American foods" are your thing. Domino's, McDonald's,KFC and Wendy's are just 5 minutes walk away. Negatives: Dated building, shared land with 2 other units so there was noise some nights and early mornings. The bedding was clean but limited. The couch and table were small and not very comfortable. No dish towels and cloths for cleaning the few plates and glasses there. I would stay there again as it was clean but keep your expectations low. This is an old dated property that is under going renovations with only minor amenities. There was little privacy and I was disappointee by the outdoor area. I'm sure it will get better in the future. Ultimately, it's a bed in a very expensive area. It's close to all the fun activities though and the beach is amazing.
