Great place , really enjoyed my time
We had the best time! Ive been to PR many times and this has been one of my favorite places Ive stayed in. The location is also great and the views from the apartment are amazing.
Such an amazing stay!! The house is great and got a stunning view. Hosts were amazing and sent over many recommendations for excursions and food. They respond quickly as well if you ever need anything. Perfect would definitely stay again.
We had an amazing time at Dennis & Maitee’s! Looked exactly like the pictures and right on the beach. The balcony was our favorite part - made our whole trip worth it!
The view was spectacular! The penthouse was comfortable. The best part was going to sleep and waking up to the sounds and view of the ocean.

Ocean Park is one of the most popular San Juan residential areas for locals and expats dur to its proximity to the beach . Next to the apartment you will find the Barbosa Park where you meet locals every morning or evening and have a walk. A block away if the McLeary Street which is the main road of Ocean Park and if you continue it connects with famous Condado's Asford Avenue. McLeary Street has a few restaurants such as Kasalta Bakery , Pirilos Pizza Rustica and even a Bike Rental Shop. About two blocks away you will find the trendy and colorful Loiza Street, one of the liveliest communities in the area full restaurants and bars
You can rent a bike and explore San Juan and Isla Verde area. If you prefer to take a ride, Uber will be the best bet and it is relatively low cost. Electric scooters are also very common in the area and you can rent them via mobile app. If you rent a car, a dedicated parking spot will be available for use during the stay.
