Chester and Jossy were very proactive with their communication and personalized all correspondences. There was a sweet welcome card waiting when we got there. The condo was exactly what we were expecting. The beds were comfy, the bathrooms were clean. The kitchen was beautiful with high end appliances and good cookware. We had a great stay! Wish we were there longer to enjoy the beach and clubhouse.

what a beautiful home, we were so comfortable. met some real nice people at the heated pool and spa. so relaxing, just what we needed...highly recommend a stay
Jossy place was great. The location was excellent,right next to the ocean and the pier. with excellent walking/running trails along the ocean. Me and 3 teenagers stayed for one week and we had a great time boogie boarding in the big waves down at the beach. I would also recommend the whale watching tour out of channel Harbour. this was a cool experience.we seen thousands of dolphins. Just a block or 2 away where there were so many ducks that we went and fed a few times and the kids played basketball at this park so fun.. We also went to six flags it was just one hour away..the place was very nice clean..the host was very responsive within minutes of any questions I had.i would highly recommend staying here and I know we will again when we come back..also lots of hiking trails in the santa monica mountains that was just a 25 minute drive..the views were breathtaking
