Welcome to our brand-new, centrally-located suite! This suite was constructed 3 years ago, so all furnishings and decor are completely new for your comfort. We are located close by Nanaimo Skytrain station, which gives convenient access to Downtown Vancouver, YVR Airport, and other transit areas. Within a 15 minute drive you can hike, go to the beach, go to fantastic restaurants and shopping districts, and more! Information on close by amenities by drive or walk will be listed below! This private basement is equipped with everything you would need for short or long term stay! There is a staircase to a private entrance. The entire suite is private, however there is another unit occupied upstairs with tenants. The bed room includes a King-sized bed, with a desk for those who need a dedicated work station while travelling. It also has a 45 inch Hi sense TV with in unit washer and dryer. The kitchen includes cooking essentials (pots, pans, oil, salt & pepper, sugar, etc.) along with a Keurig coffee maker, air fryer, microwave, kettle, toaster, etc. The living room includes a futon bed which can be put down and sleep a third guest if needed!
