Beautiful modern chalet in the centre of Morzine just a 2 minute walk to bars, restaurants and shops. Set back on a quiet road in proximity of bus stops leading to the chair lifts etc. 100 yards from centre. The chalet has 4 double rooms with ensuite bathrooms, 1 bedroom containing 2 bunk beds and 1 double or twin room + bunk beds with ensuite. Sleeps 12 adults maximum. Vast open lounge/kitchen area with a mezzanine containing an office work space. Also contains a private storage/boot room. The chalet is located in the centre of Morzine. It is set up over four floors including 6 bedrooms. 2 of them accommodate 4 people (bunk beds). All the bedrooms have bathrooms, large wardrobes, a balcony, hair dryers and towels provided. The living room contains a flat screen tv, bar and a seating area warmed by the gas fireplace with a beautiful view overlooking the heart of Morzine. The kitchen is fully equipped with coffee machines, kettles and toaster… A laundry room with a washing machine, tumble dryer, iron/ironing board, sink is at your disposal. Wireless internet is available throughout the entire chalet. There are two workspaces available in the chalet. One is located in the master bedroom and the other on the mezzanine above the living room. Each room contains underfloor heating/radiators and heated towel rails. An outdoor, private balcony, offers a relaxing jacuzzi for 6 people. Parking is available in front of the chalet on the private driveway.

Our recent stay at a luxurious chalet in Morzine, accommodating four families with children, was exceptional. Nestled within walking distance to the village's heart, the chalet's location offers easy access to local amenities and a swift ski-bus ride to the lifts. We had a wonderful stay at Chalet Swing, the house was exactly as pictured and just as incredible as you imagine it to be. There was plenty of room for all of us to chill after a long day skiing and the house is fully equipped with all the kitchen bits needed to cook for 10+ people. The house has been finished to a high standard and gives off the luxury feel as advertised. Morzine as an area is a lovely ski resort, as expected there wasn't any snow in March (within Morzine), so you have to travel by bus to Avoriaz in order to join the slopes but this is very easy to do and there is a bus stop at the bottom of the road. Morzine has plenty of restaurants and a few apre bars; our recommendation definitely being Hideout restaurant serving Asian street food. Communication with the owner was very easy and there is a booklet with lots of information when you check in.

The chalet was fantastic. Spacious, stylish and well kitted out. Easy walk to carrefour and Pleney lift. Great outdoor space with the hot tub too. Very helpful and responsive hosts too.

SKIING / BIKING:
Morzine is located in the heart of one of the largest ski and mountain biking areas in the world; the Portes du Soleil. It brings together 12 French and Swiss resorts, linked by their ski lifts.
The Chalet is 100m from the bus stop of the Mairie with buses that will take you to all local ski lifts with only a 5 to 15mns drive.
TENNIS:
There are 10 tennis courts and 2 padel courts, available to book over the phone or on-site - located 500m from the chalet in the Park des Dérêches.
Tennis coaching is also available locally.
SWIMMING:
The swimming pool complex is 500m from the chalet, in the Park des Dérêches, and includes:

TREETOP ADVENTURE:
500m from the chalet is the Indianaventure treetop space.
Whether you're a height enthusiast or a branch addict, move from tree to tree with the treetop adventure courses in heart of nature. Several circuits of different levels (blue, red, black) are accessible, equipped with ladders, footbridges, zip lines and other original passages which will enable you to cross the wood by its tops.
The accessible courses are determined according to the size of the participants.
Indiana Parc – Grand Parcours: from 135cm (corresponds usually to more than 8 years old).
Basic lifeline, with two carabiners.
Increasing difficulty.
You must start with the blue course before accessing the other more difficult courses (red, then black).
Quick Jump: Take the plunge into the void!
Indiana Kid: From 105cm to 135cm, (corresponds approximately to 4 – 8 years old).
2 courses at about 2 to 3 meters from the ground.
Children are autonomous on these courses which are not accessible to the parents (except for our operators of course).
In a continuous lifeline*.
Indiana P’tit Kid: From 2 years old until about 4 years old and less than 105cm.
1 course that rises 1m from the ground.
Children evolve under the responsibility of an adult.
The continuous lifeline* is at man height. The accompanying adult can intervene and help the child to manipulate the cart if he/she is unable to do so, or ensure that the child progresses safely on the obstacles.
Morzine has a great bus network that can transport you around town, down the valley or up to Avoriaz.
Buses start at 7am and finish around 7pm. Some of them are free and others a ticket will cost you 1.50€.
If you would like other mode of transport, you will need to book taxi's and transfers in advance. Contact us if your require recommendations.
Skiing:
The chalet is 100m from a bus stop (free bus pass during skiing season) with several bus routes that can take you to 4 or 5 different lifts / bubble lifts in Morzine, Nyon, Les Gets, Prodain.
For example:
Pleney bubble lift gives you access up and over into Les Gets ski resort, or down into the Nyon bowl where the lift can take you up the beautiful Nyon mountain.
There are also Prodains bubble lift and Ardent bubble lift which lead you up into Avoriaz giving you access to whole of the Portes du Soleil skiing area.
