great location. and friendly staff
My stay here was great. All I’d ask is to make it apparent that guests won’t get their room serviced when they book via Airbnb. Everything else was as listed.
Very convenient place and can go to CBD by walk or tram. Please be aware of that booked through Airbnb is not provided daily cleaning at all even though stayed 9 nights. I have asked one of staff about refilling toilet paper and changing bath towels at some point, then she advised that can be provided if I request when check-in at the main desk however other staff mentioned on the other day that they will not provide any of them at all as booked through Airbnb. I understand that the price at Airbnb is cheaper than other websites but no cleaning or changing/filling up amenities are not user friendly.
Very nice place to stay if you want to be close to all the good tourist sites in the city. Able to cook own food in facilities and room was spotless on arrival. Great for a short stay would recommend
Great service staff. It would great if we could get the bathroom amenities replenish daily, sadly we were told that we only entitled once upon arrival.
