Welcome to our newly renovated basement located in the town of Tsawwassen! The space features 2 bedrooms and a full bathroom, providing comfort and convenience for your stay. With a separate entrance, you'll have complete privacy during your vacation. Enjoy high-quality amenities, including a washer, dryer, recliner sofa, and Netflix on the TV. You will also find basically every living essential you need. such as coffee, toothpastes, shampoo, etc. Just like living in your own home! The bedrooms are fully equipped with everything you need for a delightful stay. We take great pride in providing our guests with a spotless and refreshing experience, ensuring each room is furnished with a full set of clean and fresh bedding. After every guest's stay, we wash and sanitize all linens to maintain the highest standards of hygiene.

Tracy was an excellent Host as was her co host! They responded within a minute to my booking request and anything else I needed. I actually came for a Very last min family trip and I was gone a lot of the time but I loved that I knew they were home when I got back and I didn’t feel alone ( they have their separate home upstairs) The ceiling is so high for a basement suite , everything was new and the couch felt clean and comfy and it also was a recliner. The keurig wasn’t a keurig model but another that I will be buying on Amazon for my RV and for travel as it made nice hot strong coffee . Water pressure was amazing it got hot really fast. Linens were clean. Oh and NO smelly damp basement suite smell, brand new! I’ll stay here again….if they’ll have me .
Aunque solo estuvimos unas horas por nuestro vuelo retrasado encontramos el alojamiento tal cual se veía en las fotos, muy limpio y ordenada. Nos gustó mucho. Las instrucciones de llegada fueron muy claras. Gracias!

Exactly what we needed and what was described. had a few questions and the host got back to us right away. Very clean and comfortable. If we are ever in Tsawassen again we will stay here.
