Located in the sports meca of Paracas, with access to a shared gym, coworking, 40m lagoon and swimming pools. The master suite features a walk-in closet and ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom offers a Queen bed + 2 additional beds ideal for kids. The kitchen is fully equipped and a 22in Kamado awaits on the terrace for your grilling needs! Fiber optic wifi + stylish decor. The living room and dining area are open, looking out over the ocean, with direct access to the terrace. The kitchen is quite large and fully stocked. There are two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The master has a queen bed, walk-in closet, and ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen and two 1.5 plaza beds, ideal for children. The second bathroom includes a shower and is across from the second bedroom. The unit is on the third floor, please note there is no elevator, but the views are worth the walk! The unit is located in a safe and convenient condominium, built in 2023, just a 5-minute walk from the kite point and only 1.3km to the entrance to Paracas National Reserve. The common areas include a large gym and a coworking space, so you can stay productive and active during your stay,.

Todo increíble, 100% recomendable! Victor es un excelente anfitrión, nos ayudó antes, durante y después de nuestra estadía; siempre disponible y dando recomendaciones de restaurantes y diferentes actividades en el día. El departamento tiene todo lo que uno necesita para pasarla bien, tal como las fotos del anuncio, el condominio es tranquilo, seguro y pet friendly! Es una excelente opción para relajarse y pasarla bien en Paracas, regresaremos pronto!

Tal cual como se ve en las fotos! Muy cómodo, limpio, el condominio es tranquilo permite descansar. Areas comunes bien cuidadas. Kelly muy atenta y pendiente nos brindó instrucciones detalladas antes de nuestra llegada y recomendaciones para actividades y restaurantes. Sin duda volveríamos.
Mi familia y yo pasamos unos días en el hospedaje de Kelly y nos encantó ☺️ ella es muy amable y siempre está disponible por si tienes alguna duda. El hospedaje es muy acogedor, nos recibió la misma Kelly y nos dio algunas instrucciones extra para hacer nuestra estadía mucho más cómoda. Las áreas comunes del lugar son seguras y tranquilas, hay restaurantes y un grifo en los alrededores para suplirte de lo necesario. En conclusión, nos encantó nuestra estadía y sin duda volveremos! 🫶🏻🩷 gracias Kelly

Santo Domingo is the relaxed, sports-enthusiast area of Paracas. The center of Paracas is more touristy, but in Santo Domingo, you have easy access to the ocean for kitesurfing and to the nature reserve, la Reserva, for running and biking.
Renting a car is recommended (we have contacts, just ask!). Or if you are just 2 people, renting a scooter is great! We do have a scooter available for rent, just ask!. We are a 5min drive from the center of Paracas, or 40min walk. We also provide contacts of taxis and moto taxis if you choose to not rent a car.
