Welcome to our newly renovated flat located in the lively Navigli area of Milan. An oasis of tranquillity in the heart of the city, you have found the right place! In a characteristic "palazzo di ringhiera" in the Navigli area, one of the most lively places in Milan, 10/15 min walk from the centre! - Best Wi-Fi on the market (optical fibre: 2.5 Gigabit/sec) and air conditioning! - Host at your complete disposal to make your stay as comfortable as possible! The apartment has been newly renovated with care and attention to detail, offering a cozy and comfortable space for four people. With modern decor and a relaxing atmosphere, it will be the perfect retreat after a day of exploring. The master bedroom is equipped with a comfortable double bed, ensuring a restful sleep to fully rejuvenate. The room is bright and spacious, with ample closets to store your belongings. The living room is tastefully decorated and has a comfortable seating area, ideal for relaxing and watching a movie after a busy day on a big sofa bed. The kitchen is fully equipped with all necessary appliances, allowing you to prepare your favorite meals if you prefer to dine in.

住了意大利四个城市的民宿，这家是最麻烦也是感觉房东最不花心思的。 1.入住需要填写一个英文在线表格，可以理解是政府要求，威尼斯也有这个，但当时威尼斯表格出了点问题，房东没有让我继续填写了，直接提供简单的信息给他就好，但米兰这个表格更复杂还必须填写才有入住指南。英语不好的我终于填好了，结果房东提供了错误的入住引导视频，前期一直在进行错误交流。让我们入住耽误了很多时间，整个入住环节都体验感不好。 2.房子感觉像是经验不足的人改造的民宿。提供的东西不足。比如卫生纸。我们入住了四个晚上，就准备了一卷卫生纸。总之一些这样的细节让人觉得房东很不走心，就单纯提供一个睡觉的地方。但这个房子的价格应该也不算很低吧。同比入住的其他几个城市，体验感确实差一些 3.卧室的床两边分别只有一个插座，要充电就不能开台灯....二者不可兼得....（卧室只有台灯没有顶灯） 最后说下好的地方。房子地段很好，在最安全的一个片区，有个小院子，安全性没问题，也很安静。 房子是一个标准套一，住两个人还是舒服的，但房子其实要爬四层楼梯（虽然意大利习惯说是三楼，其实爬四楼）
L’appartement est confortable et propre, tout est comme sur les photos. L’emplacement est idéal : proche des nombreux bars, restaurants et commerces ; et surtout non loin du centre de Milan et notamment du Dôme. Un hôte très agréable qui donnent des instructions précises ! Je recommande ce logement :)
Location was a total perfection. It was close to everywhere and surrounded with lots of cafes and restaurants. House was clean and functional. It was an old house but the atmosphere was nice. Ludovico helped a lot with everything and he replied in minutes everytime.

The Navigli district is a favorite area for its beauty and vibrant nightlife. Located south of the city, it offers a myriad of cultural and gastronomic experiences.
Its picturesque banks, alongside the Naviglio Grande and Naviglio Pavese, invite pleasant walks and stops for a drink or shopping at the many artisan stores. Starting from the historic Darsena, the city's ancient harbor, one is immediately immersed in a lively and welcoming atmosphere, ideal for enjoying delicious Milanese cuisine or sipping an aperitif in the company of friends.
In addition, the neighborhood is enriched by a lively cultural scene, with places such as Mudec, an ethnographic museum housing more than 7,000 artistic works, and Base, a space dedicated to courses, workshops and cultural events. Not to be forgotten is the Alda Merini House Museum, which celebrates the memory of the famous Milanese poetess.
Must-visit establishments for a special evening include Trattoria Madonnina, Ciaccia coi Ciccioli, Rita and La Sacrestia.
The Navigli area is well served by public transportation.
Just a 10-minute walk away is the M2 subway station and Porta Genova train station.
In addition, the Tram 9 from V.le Col di Lana (2 min walk), runs along Milan's ring road. While, the Tram 3 from Pza Ventiquattro Maggio (2 min walk) connects directly to Duomo.
