Great basic spot for those looking for something easy in the Hollywood area, no trouble checking in and worked as a great base of operations for my time in LA. The on street parking was a life saver, a quiet neighbourhood in walking distance of some good food and a quick uber to the strip.

La habitación de Jeffrey fue increíble, siempre estuvo pendiente de nosotros, las instrucciones para llegar fueron muy claras. La estancia es tal cual como se ve en las fotos, todo estaba impecable y en la zona hay muchas cosas muy cerca para desayunar y comer, servicios general muy cerca también. Volvería sin dudarlo, 100% recomendado.

A basic but comfortable room with nice adjoining bathroom. The property is at ground floor level and has its own access and small but neat private garden area. It is quiet and peaceful. The owners left a personalised gift, which was a lovely touch. The owners live above the property and a small amount of noise (footsteps) could occasionally be heard. It was possible to make basic food to avoid spending money on eating out. It is 1.2 miles from the main drag in West Hollywood so easy to walk but not especially attractive. Uber was $8-10. I was a solo female traveller and stayed for 9 days. The area is residential and I felt very safe. I like my privacy and you definitely get it here. Jeffrey checked in by message to see if all was satisfactory. I enjoyed my stay here very much.

El lugar estaba muy limpio además esta muy cerca de los estudios universal, la zona es muy bella, segura y tranquila, el anfitrión siempre responde además siempre esta dispuesto a ayudar en todo momento. El alojamiento ahí es " único ".
