A studio apartment that encapsulates elegance and comfort with superb location. A self-check-in gives you the flexibility of arriving and departing whenever suits you best. This apartment comes with sleeping area with queen size bed, full equipped kitchen, bathroom with walk in shower and loggia. In kitchen you'll find everything you need: dish washer, microwave, oven, stove, coffee maker, kitchen kettle, fridge and freezer. Bathroom comes with walk in shower comes with washing machine for you to use freely. Apartment features WiFi which is available trough whole property. The studio is located in town center-all main attractions are in walking distance, like Diocletian palace and Riva-less then 10 minute walk. Marjan park and all beautiful beaches surrounding it are also in walking distance. However if you want to go any further or get tired of walking, bus station is conveniently in front of the building of the apartment. Main bus station from where you can go to the airport is just 15 min walk, like the ferry and train station. Most convenient location!

We had an amazing stay! Kate was an extremely responsive and friendly host and even went out of her way to offer local recommendations and tips for our stay!
Place was new and modern. The bed was super comfortable. I had everything I needed at the apartment. There was construction going on right outside, but it shouldn’t be a problem if you planned activities during the day.
Excellent studio. Good view of water. Highly recommed this airbnb.

We had a lovely time at Kate’s place. The place looked absolutely stunning on the pictures and is equally pleasant and comfortable in reality. The apartment is clean, spatious and cozy. The kitchen is fully equipped and really has everything one might need if you wish to cook in the apartment. The apartment is just a short walk away from the historical part of the city, but at the same there is absolutely no noise coming from the nearby street. The check-in is easy as Kate provides detailed instructions. She was always ready to help with any questions or concerns we might have. All in all,a lovely, modern apartment that has all you might need, on a beautiful location that is right next to the seaside. Enjoyed every moment of the stay and will definitely reach out to Kate if/when visiting Split again in the future.

Quite neighborhood with everything you need, a shop, bar, restaurant and pizzeria.
Central location gives you the opportunity to get around by foot, the studio is located only 5 min walk from the city center, 10min walk to the beach and 15min walk to the bus and train station, as well as the ferry port.
