Supero mis espectativas, camas comodas, shampoo, acondicionador, jabon, toallas, jabon de trastes, papel higiénico, la verdad que pocos alojamientos dan un servicio completo, felicitaciones al anfitrión se los recomiendo muchoo! My family and I were very impressed by the beautiful home and also for the wonderful communication and hospitality from the hosts. Very responsive and dependable. It was our first time visiting Merida and we felt right at home. Most definitely recommend the home but most importantly the hosts! I hope to re-visit in the future.

Our family of six, 2 adults and four children stayed two nights while on business. When we arrived the quiet luxury of the home was immediately apparent. The cleanliness was immaculate along with the small touches of convenience like full garafon of water, coffee, plush towels, and high speed internet along with a digital guide of recommended restaurants and stores nearby. The off street parking was suitable, but tight for our rental van but there was plenty of on street parking as well. The home is on a busy corner so all the street noise is heard in every room, but we are from a big city so it did not bother us. There were only two drawbacks that were so small they are barely worth mentioning: 1) We did not have access to the 4th bedroom and 2) when we tried to use the crib we found it broken from the prior guests. The hosts were responsive and told us where we could purchase our own crib. Things we 💚: walkable, water pressure, pristine, thoughtful hosts. Will stay here again!
