Patricia's place was absolutely perfect!!! I was there with a few friends for a relaxing 30th birthday weekend celebration, and Patricia was so sweet and left a bottle of Prosecco and some baked goods for us for my birthday!! The house was totally perfect, and even though we didn't have the best weather (it's April and mud season, so we knew it would be kind of a crap shoot!), we were still able to go out on the kayaks just as the lake thawed, enjoy both sunshine and snow outside, hike around the area a little, listen to the loons and birds, and enjoy the hot tub! The kitchen is beyond fully stocked with any appliance you could need, and the beds were super comfy! And when we were packing up on the final morning, a neighbor's dog stopped by the front door to say hi—truly was perfect and there was no better place to celebrate a birthday with friends than this, I'm so grateful! Thank you Patricia for making this place so wonderful and making us feel so welcome :) I'd love to stay again!!

The location of Patricia's house is fabulous! Feels like wilderness, but a short drive to stores. The Catamount cross-country skiing trail is at the end of the driveway and we used it almost daily. We sampled THREE ski resorts: Stowe, Jay, and Sugarbush while staying at Patricia's.

The perfect place for a winter getaway with family. There is an awesome hill for sledding and plenty of sleds are provided. The view of the reservoir is absolutely stunning. It was truly a winter wonderland! The hot tub was great as well. I would definitely like to try to stay there in the summer as well.

We had a lovely active week, walking in the woods and skiing in Stowe (40 min drive). Patricia’s place is cosy, well functioning, and ideal for dogs. Our city dog loved the outdoors and the neighbor dogs too. Patricia was very accommodating and responsive. We would definitely consider coming back.

Patricia's home was lovely and serene! She was a wonderful host who made our weekend away very easy.
