I stay with Andrea every time I come to town. The price is better than any nice hotel, both me and my pets are treated with such care, and the hosts respond quickly anytime they are needed. It is so nice to feel supported while away from home. The townhouse is set up perfectly to relax and enjoy your time. The area is convenient for anything you want to do. It is always difficult for me to leave because I enjoy my stay so much.

Wonderful place to call home for a several days. We needed to extend our booking due to an emergency and Andrea could not have been more accommodating and communicative for which were are grateful. It is a lovely spot, especially to walk your dogs. Nature park and trail is right next door. Private fenced backyard is small, but lovely and the azaleas were in full bloom when we got there. Super comfortable, and super convenient. Only suggestion might be to add more cookware and condiments to the kitchen which would assist in longer stays.

Andrea’s place was great! It was spacious, homey, and had lots of amenities. We enjoyed the outdoor space, which has a grill (a great amenity)! It was perfectly located between Chapel Hill and downtown Durham, about 10-15 minutes to each. Andrea was very responsive and answered any questions I had. I would definitely stay at this AirBnB again!
