Our apartment is placed next to an old pine forest, just 200 m from a beautiful pebble beach and 100m from the playground. This makes our place ideal for families with children as well as anyone who needs to relax and unwind. The area is perfect for sport and nature lovers. One minute walk away is a soccer and basketball outdoor ground as well as outdoor exercise equipment. There is a rich choice of water sport activities, walking and bike nature tracks, kayaking and other exiting contents. Our accommodation is 100m2 big, spacious rooms with a lot of light, some of them with a direct exit to the large terrace, next to a beautiful pine forest. The apartment is equipped with everything you need for a relaxing holiday. The extra plus of this propriety must be the nice child friendly pool which is dominating the front yard of the house as well as the 30m2 balcony with a forest and sea view, very quiet.

Beautiful property, very clean. Lovely pool and close to the beach. Highly recommend a stay in Pomer.
From start to end an absolute winner when it comes to apartment and pool area. Marina as hostess was great. Buba the little guard dog was a favorite. Only thing we could wish more of should have been more restaurants in walking distance, other than that this was the perfect stay for us.
Wir hatten als 5 köpfige Familie eine tolle Zeit bei Alex und seiner Familie. Seine Frau und er waren sehr hilfsbereit und geben auch wertvolle Tipps für Ausflüge in die Umgebung. Danke nochmal für Alles.
Ganz tolle Unterkunft mit sehr herzlichen Gastgebern. Wir waren rundum zufrieden, alles passte wie beschrieben. Kleiner Supermarkt im Ort in dem man alles benötigte besorgen kann. Strand nur ein kleiner Spaziergang. Restaurants auch in der Nähe. Pula mit dem Auto nur einen Katzensprung entfernt. Kommen sehr gerne wieder!!

Very quite neighborhood, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the beautiful nature. One of the advantages for sport lovers is the position of the house alone, it is ensuring you a direct connection to the running path witch is takeing you thrue a beautiful pine forest, over a small bridge crossing the bay and ending after 9km inside of a breathtaking natural reserve aria Rt Kamenjak!
There is a bus stop around 100m from the propriety, wich is taking You to the ancient town of Pula, 3000 years of history are awaiting you.
