We stayed four nights with my wife and really liked Jair's apartment. If you are not superstitious, you will definitely enjoy this apartment on the 13th floor with a great view on the entire bay. It is large, clean, comfortable. We stayed on weekdays in April and really enjoyed how quiet and peaceful the overall place is, as most facilities were not operating and several apartment were not occupied. Great privacy on the balcony. The apartment is very clean and fresh, included the terrace and anything in the kitchen cabinets. Contrary to the description, the apartment has heating, both in the living room and in the master bedroom (not in the second bedroom). As we arrived on a foggy cold day, after more foggy cold days with the apartment empty, we found it very cold and humid and really appreciate the heating. We recommend, though, to take the necessary actions to ensure that guests enter a warm apartment, as it took us at least one day to bring it to a comfortable temperature.

El complejo en verano seguramente es muy lindo. Ahora no estaban habilitadas las instalaciones así que no había mucho para disfrutarlo. El departamento lindo y sencillo.
