Place was clean, comfortable and well-furnished. Location is peaceful and close to a selection of restaurants and convenience stores. Bit of confusion at check in but host was responsive and it was sorted out quickly. Thanks for a pleasant stay!

Excellent location, posh building with many restaurants downstairs. Mostly Chinese community, very close to Xiemen Chinese university with a lot of students around. There are supermarkets right below. Hosts gave clear instructions, but the checkin took some time. Need to scan the passport at security, and then pick up the keys which are in the locker room. The process was easy and well communicated. The room was spacious, it’s a single large room more or less like a studio. The mat in in the picture is missing, it’s okay for me - just letting the expectations straight. The bedsheets were clean and there were bath towels. Toilet has a small heater which is kind of gives warm water. It heats on the flow, so do not expect hot water. The checkout time is 12 pm, and there is extra cost for every extended hour - first time experience in Airbnb. There is also a large swimming pool in UG floor! Overall a great stay for a very reasonable price.
