Able to accommodate 6 people comfortably, the 100m² house, on one level, is arranged as follows: - A beautiful, bright living room, with refined decoration, including a comfortable TV lounge area, a convivial dining table for 6 people and a functional, fully equipped kitchen (fridge/freezer, dishwasher, oven, induction hob, toaster, kettle, filter coffee makers and Nespresso) - A first Queen size bedroom (160 bed), dressing room and bathroom with adjoining walk-in shower, vanity unit and toilet. - A second Queen size bedroom - A third bedroom with two single beds (which can be grouped together to make a double bed of 160) - A bathroom with shower and vanity unit - separate WC Exteriors Take advantage of the shaded terrace to taste the excellent local products, admire the view of the relief of the Agriate desert or simply relax. The swimming pool is heated from the beginning of May to the end of September, under favorable weather conditions.
