This 23m2 studio is located in the center of Lille, rue Faidherbe. It is on the 1st floor (with elevator) of a quiet and secure residence. The apartment is functional and very well equipped: washing machine, dishwasher, oven, microwave, hotplates, fridge, TV, etc. All you have to do is put down your suitcases! Ideal for visiting the city and/or for business trips. The apartment is composed as follows: - After the front door, you will find the separate WC directly on your right - Just after, still on your right, is the bathroom with bathtub and sink - You will then find the living room with kitchen area, a table for two - Sleeping area with double bed and connected TV The accommodation will be carefully prepared for your arrival: Professional cleaning service + laundry for linens. All linen is provided: bed linen, bath towels, bath mats and tea towels. The kitchen is equipped with all the utensils and dishes for lunch and dinner. Here is the entertainment available to you via TV: Molotov TV and Prime Video.

Beautiful place to stay for a visit in Lille. It is on the main street, very close to Lille Flandres train station and still close to Lille Europe (10 minutes walking). However, the studio is at the back of the street, so even while sleeping with the window open, we did not have any issue with noise. The shower was good, with both a rain shower and hand shower available and plenty of pressure. It uses a boiler, so you could run out of water, but that normally shouldn't be an issue. The place is clean, the bed is decent (not the best, but absolutely not the worst) and there's plenty of space to stay with two. Highly recommended.
Logement agréable, très calme malgré sa localisation en plein centre ville. Nous avons apprécié sa proximité des gares, et du centre ville. Conforme à nos attentes, idéal pour deux personnes, très propre et bien entretenu. Nous le conseillons fortement aux personnes voulant découvrir la ville de Lille, nous reviendrons sans hésiter.
Notre séjour chez Airbnb a été une expérience formidable! L'endroit était impeccable et confortable, répondant à toutes nos attentes. Nous avons apprécié notre temps ici et nous le recommandons vivement à d'autres voyageurs.
