4 Bedroom Bright + Modern Columbus Home Hosts 10. Enjoy an elevated stay at this Grandview gem. Located in the coveted Columbus neighbourhood of Grandview Heights. You will feel right at home in this bright and modern space! This stair- free, main level unit is curated for both style and comfort, you will enter the home to find an open concept floor plan and a welcoming living room! Perfect for lounging, gathering and of course a movie night in, the living space has a large cozy sectional as well as an accent chair and ottomans so that you can fit the whole crew! While Columbus has countless great restaurants, we made sure that our travelling cooks have everything they need to whip up a masterpiece in the sleek and spacious kitchen, equipped with the essentials for all of your cooking needs! Dining in? Enjoy our eat- in island or opt for the beautiful formal dining table (also the perfect spot for a board game showdown). Down the hall you will find our four spacious bedrooms and two bathrooms. Bedroom 1 contains two Full beds, Bedroom 2 contains a King bed, and Bedrooms 3 & 4 contain Queen beds. Each with their own personality, you will find a bench, luggage rack and closet for storage. Laundry is a breeze with an ensuite washer and dryer located in the home. There is 1 parking spot located behind the home via laneway. Additional free street parking can be found on the street directly in front of the home. Didn't drive? No problem! Located in an awesome vibrant neighbourhood, you'll be steps away from the city's best restaurants, close to public transit and a hop and a skip away from the downtown core. Lovely home. Great layout for multiple families. Very nice and clean. Relaxing space and quiet street.
For a four bedroom in Columbus this was a great deal. We needed to find something all on one level that allowed a small dog in this checked all the boxes. Would recommend if you are staying anywhere in Columbus because it seems like this city. Everything is 10 minutes away by car but this particular place has many walkable restaurants and coffee, places and grocery store.
Very clean, great area with plenty to do and walkable. Felt safe at all times. Very open layout Host was very quick to respond to everything and very friendly. I would stay again
