This little apartment has a lot of character, located on a quiet street and yet within walking distance to many attractions — the MCG, tennis centre, Fitzroy gardens, and many bars and eateries in Richmond / Fitzroy / Flinders Lane. This apartment is my home when I’m not away and have it listed here. It’s a unique and cosy space; one bedroom with a queen size bed and fresh linen, a living room with a couch and dining table, a well equipped kitchen, and a bathroom including a bath and washing machine. I would love for you to make yourself at home while staying here.

Melanie is a fabulous host, very accommodating and responsive. We especially appreciated her flexible check in and check out arrangements. Situated on a quiet street, the apartment is within walking distance of Melbourne’s sporting precinct (MCG, Tennis Centre, AAMI Park) and the Fitzroy Gardens. It’s also central for many dining experiences in the surrounding suburbs of Fitzroy, Richmond, and the city, including Flinders Lane.
A parking permit is included for free street parking. It’s also a short walk to Jolimont train station, or trams on Victoria Parade.
